First 50 is a leadership development program that combines a mentoring-style approach to leadership development with six interactive learning sessions. First 50 was intentionally designed for busy professionals and features accelerated learning sessions and flexible scheduling with mentors. This format allows emerging leaders to minimize the time spent out of the workplace while simultaneously maximizing their personal leadership development. First 50 provides a foundation for emerging leaders to extend his/her network and receive personalized coaching from our region’s talented leaders. The topics explored during First 50 sessions are relevant for all industries and include: leading with your strengths, developing next-level executive habits, leadership and management, and building your personal brand. Upon completion of the program, emerging leaders will have discovered their natural leadership skills, developed new skills, and have an arsenal of additional strategies to be more successful in their roles.
