First 50 is an exclusive, in-depth coaching experience that pairs 50 proven, seasoned leaders from around Southwest Michigan with 50 emerging leaders. Our next generation will learn many seemingly intangible skills that transformational leaders display. The goal is to intentionally prepare the next generation of Southwest Michigan leaders who will shape its companies and organizations to its political and educational systems. Ready to learn more?
